What the statuses mean
Payment pending — do not print yet
Your bank (ACH) payment is still clearing. Orders paid by card or wallet skip this step.
Awaiting confirmation
Your payment went through and your order is in line to be confirmed.
Confirmed
Your order is confirmed and queued for production.
In production
Your item is made to order — it is being printed now.
Shipped
Your order is on its way. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as it ships.
Delivered
Your order has arrived.
Cancelled
This order was cancelled. If you did not cancel it, contact us and we will sort it out.
Every merch item is made to order after you buy it. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days in the US. You get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Payment pending — do not print yet. Bank (ACH) payments take 3–5 business days to clear. Your order is made to order and only goes to production once your bank payment has cleared, so a bounced payment never gets printed.
