Sending a takedown notice

Send your notice through the Contact page and include:

• The work you own that you believe was infringed.
• The URL on this site where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
• Your name and an email we can answer at.

We review notices promptly and remove material that infringes, as the DMCA requires.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — because you own it or have the right to use it — you can send a counter-notice through the Contact page with your name, the URL of the removed material, and a statement that you believe the removal was in error. Where the law allows, the material may be restored after a counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

Accounts belonging to repeat infringers are terminated. If an account keeps posting material that gets valid takedown notices, the account goes away.
