This is the official website of THE REAL XO. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site shares THE REAL XO's music, shows, and services, takes booking requests and messages, runs a fan list, and sells made-to-order merch. It is run by THE REAL XO out of Utah.

Accounts

You can create an account with your name, email, and a password. You're responsible for your password — keep it private and don't share your login. The site owner may disable accounts that abuse the site, including spam, fraud, harassment, or trying to break into parts of the site that aren't yours.

Merch orders

Merch orders placed here are order requests. Every item is made to order through print-on-demand partners after you buy it — nothing is pulled off a shelf. Prices marked “Price TBA” are confirmed by email before anything is charged. Payment is completed through the secure checkout link emailed to you; placing an order request here does not itself charge you.

Bookings and services

A booking request sent through this site is an inquiry, not a contract. Nothing is booked until it is confirmed in writing by THE REAL XO or his team. Services are quoted per project, and the quote for your project is what applies.

Intellectual property

All music, artwork, designs, photos, and text on this site are © THE REAL XO (2026) unless a credit says otherwise. Don't copy, sell, or re-release them without written permission. See the DMCA / Copyright page if you believe something here infringes your rights.

Liability basics

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, THE REAL XO is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using this site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
